Cliques The circles of candy represent different friend circles and high school cliques. In high school, kids mostly only hang out with people in their own social group of like minded people. There are the jocks, the nerds, the drama kids, the populars. Together with their own kind, the candies are small, condensed, and contained. They are separated from the others. However, when kids open up their group to more than just "their own", the diverse friendships they make can help them reach new heights. The candy on the middle plate has a wider circle of divers interaction and is elevated above the closed off circles of individual types of candy. Life is so much more colorful and interesting when mixed with people who have different interests, skills, and backgrounds.

Flow The cool blue fabric wraps and twists around the body, abstracting the form. The figure underneath bends and stretches into unique poses, which, when paired with the draping cloth, distorts the form of the human body into an unrecognizable shape. The fabric drapes and flows like water pouring down, pooling on the ground. A bright spot light intensifies the shadows of the curves and folds. The sheerness of the fabric also allows for the light to flicker through, adding even more layers and intricacies to show through.
